Mindful Midday Wander

Join this socially distanced, outdoor WanderWomen midday adventure, to integrate movement medicine, connection to other humans and Vitamin D into your day, restore balance, and inner calm, be at one with nature, and live your truth!
This is your opportunity for some time out, a change of scene, selfcare and grounding, reflect on life, connect with nature and with like-hearted women!
What to expect:
Mindful, gentle walking
Nature Connection & Nature Art
Please bring your own mugs, bottled water. Snacks and hot drinks are provided, as well as seat mats.
You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, inspired and happy to be alive, smelling of fire and freedom!
Limited numbers of tickets available, to keep the group small, dynamic and supportive.

This event will run with min 4 women participants. Max 7.
A Whatsapp Group will be created, in order to e-meet each other beforehand, in order to arrange transport, share photos, and to keep in touch!
Meeting Point can be reached easily by public transport. Parking is free.
