Join this WanderWomen adventure to take some time out, immerse yourself in the ancient woods and the flowing river, explore your inner child and be inspired by nature: restore balance, align yourself with nature, and live your truth!
Don’t miss this opportunity for some selfcare, intention setting, reawakening of energies. Connect with nature, reflect on life and connect with like-hearted women!
What to expect:
Mindful, gentle walking
Exploring the benefits of barefoot walking.
Cooking over fire.
River Swimming (optional)
Connect with like-minded women, step back from the everyday busy-ness of life and relax in nature.
You will be supplied with:
insulated seat mats, snacks, hot drinks and a snack.
You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, inspired and happy to be alive, smelling of fire and freedom!
Limited numbers of tickets available, to keep the group small, dynamic and supportive.
