This exclusive ladies weekend at Carfrae Farm in East Lothian promises a rejuvenating escape, fostering mindfulness and wellbeing.
Your Weekend Itinerary:
Friday
3pm: Begin your relaxation journey from 3pm when the cottages will be ready for you to settle in.
3.30pm Welcome snacks in The Snug.
5.15pm: Caroline Foster will lead a gentle yoga session for one hour to unwind and set the tone for the weekend
6.15pm: Freetime to take a stroll, soak in the hot tub or turn up the heat in the sauna before dinner
7.15pm: Enjoy great company and a delicious dinner prepared using local, seasonal products in The Snug.
Saturday
8am: Enjoy a breakfast buffet with delicious local, seasonal products to set you up for the morning activity.
10am to 12 noon: Embark on a mindful walk through the idyllic countryside, culminating in a refreshing loch swim with Anna of WanderWomen (activities will be small groups of 6 people to indulge fully in the restorative power of relaxing and unwinding, the groups will alternate between the activities in the morning and afternoon).
12.45pm to 1.45pm: Lunch
2pm to 4pm: Learn the art of flower foraging, transforming nature’s bounty into beauty with a facial skincare application workshop with Sally of Seilich Botanicals
4.30pm: Tea & cake in The Snug (or outdoors in The Circle weather permitting)
5.15pm: Freetime to take a stroll, soak in the hot tub or turn up the heat in the sauna before dinner
7pm: Dinner
Sunday
8am to 11.30am: Relaxing Breakfast and freetime to explore, stroll and/or soak.
11.30am: Check out of Cottages
Accommodation
Traprain Cottage has one single occupancy bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed
Stravaig Cottage has two bedrooms both with single or double beds
Lammer Cottage has one single occupancy bedroom and two bedrooms with either 2 single beds or a double bed
Cottage and bedroom preference will be requested at time of booking and allocated on a first come basis
