Ingredients:
250 g butter
350 g sugar
2 eggs
125 g flour
250 g oats
1 tsp baking powder
100 g raisins
Method:
Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 4.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Mix butter with the sugar and eggs.
Mix flour with the oats and baking powder. Mix with the wet ingredients slowly and add the raisins last.
With the help of 2 teaspoons, pop small heaps of dough onto the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 15mins.
Leave to cool for 5mins before removing from tray.
