Perimenopause Nature Wander
June 27, 2021 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Join this outdoor WanderWomen adventure, to celebrate the increase of daylight, new beginnings and wellbeing.
Joined by Menopause Coach Angie Garton, who will guide us through the true foundations for having an easier and natural menopause – so that you can feel more in control, even if you’re not sure if what you’re experiencing is down to hormones or just your crazy busy life.
Embrace the elements, restore balance, and inner calm, be at one with nature, and live your truth!
This is your opportunity for some time out, a change of scene, selfcare and grounding, reflect on life, connect with nature and with like-hearted women!
