Let’s Talk about Grief

Whether it is Climate Grief, saying goodbye to the year we lost in lockdown, losing someone special or other personal grief – Join this socially distanced, outdoor WanderWomen experience, to open up, reflect and connect with like-hearted women.
With special guest, Grief Expert Loretta Dunn leading mindful conversation about what hurts the most and enabling us to move through pain and grow as a result, this will be an evening to remember.
Restore balance, and inner calm, be at one with nature, and live your truth!
What to expect:
Mindful, gentle walking
Nature Connection & Nature Art
Sea Swimming (optional)
Please bring your own mugs, plates, bottled water and swim costume if you would like to join in with a sea swim. Food and drinks are provided, as well as seat mats.
You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, inspired and happy to be alive, smelling of fire and freedom!
Limited numbers of tickets available, to keep the group small, dynamic and supportive.
