Wildlife Awareness Overnight Retreat

September 4 @ 12:00 pm September 5 @ 12:00 pm

Spend an Indian summer day outside, under canvas, nestled away in a cosy woodland near the Lammermuir Hills, and enjoy some forestbathing, nature listening, some yoga, nature connection and so much more!

Setting up camp in the beautiful woodlands near Haddington on Friday night, we will spend some time wandering and wondering, making the most of the daylight, watch nature in bloom, wake up to the dawn chorus, and simply enjoy being outside, away from the week’s stresses, pressures and expectation, taking time to re-balance, ground and find our centre.

Joined by botanist, conservationist and business owner Sally Gouldstone of Seilich Botanicals, we will listen and watch for wildlife, learn about how to tune into nature fully and appreciate being part of the ecosystem of the woods. Raising awareness of how to not just take from nature, but also give back, Sally is a scientist by nature, and will share all her wisdom and knowledge as a conservationist.
