Egyptian Beetroot dip

Ingredients:

2 large beets (cooked)

4 cloves of garlic

1/3 cup plain yoghurt

1/2 teaspoon of cumin, cinnamon and coriander each

juice of half a lemon

salt/pepper

Method:

Blend all together, and enjoy with crackers, crisps, crudities, fresh bread or on burgers!
