Cauliflower & Broccoli Salad

This is one of my favourite raw, vegetarian salads – inspired by my friend Ailsa.

Ingredients:

tiny florets of 1 cauliflower and 1 broccoli

100g of chopped dates or raisins

3 spoons of Mayonaise

1 onion – finely chopped.

Method:

Mix all the above in a big bowl, and keep in the fridge for 30mins before serving.

Simple. Crunchy. Enjoy.
